Our smoked country hams are made by the same high standards as our regular country hams: incorporating time, patience, and the traditional family recipe to produce a delicious product; however, these hams are aged 8-12 months, giving them a much more complex, intense flavor that many of our customers prefer. With an average whole-ham weight of 16-18 lbs, de-boned and sliced hams are vacuum sealed and ready to prepare for your convenience. The trimmed ham skin and bones are included, wrapped in paper. This makes an excellent gift for any country ham connoisseur.
